Return & Exchange Policy

General Terms

  • Returns are only accepted for exchanges or store credit. We do not accept returns for monetary refunds.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted for new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise, within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Please do not return items to the address on the shipping label of your received package. This is not the designated return address, and parcels sent there will be destroyed by the logistics provider. Refunds or credits will not be issued for such packages.

  • To ensure a smooth process, please contact us first before initiating a return or exchange. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

  • Although return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, Olivia Sophie offers a small store credit to ease the return process.

 

Exchanges

  • Each item may be exchanged one time only.

  • Exchanges can be made for items of equal value.

    • If the replacement item is more expensive, the price difference will be invoiced.

    • If the replacement item is less expensive, the difference will be issued as store credit.

  • Exchange items are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your items.

  • Items must:

    • Be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.

    • Include original packaging.

  • The following are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

    • Gift cards

    • Sale items 

  • Orders paid fully or partially with store credits from previous returns are not eligible for return.

 

Return Process

  1. Email us at care@oliviasophie.com with the subject line:
    “Return Request: (Your Order Number)”

  2. Provide details of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.

  3. Once approved, you will receive the correct return warehouse address and instructions.

  4. Send the item(s) back and supply the tracking number. (Exchanges or credits cannot be issued without proof of shipment.)

  5. Once your return is received and verified, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange.

Store Credit Policy

  • Monetary refunds are not offered. All returns are processed as store credit or exchanges.

  • Store credit will be issued for the full value of eligible returned items (excluding shipping fees).

 

Other Considerations

Please note that the following conditions are not considered defects in quality:
  • Minor loose threads, unfinished edges, variations in thickness or texture, and color differences caused by monitor displays are not classified as quality issues.
  • Returns requested due to dissatisfaction with style, color, or personal preference do not qualify as quality defects.
  • Damage resulting from wear, washing, improper care, self-repair, alterations, or other human factors is not regarded as a quality issue.
  • Please consult our sizing chart before purchasing, as our customer service team can only provide recommendations. Returns due to sizing concerns are not considered quality defects.
  • Slight variations in design or measurements may occur between items of the same size; please refer to the actual product dimensions.
