What happens if I need to make an exchange between 14th April and 24th April? - No worries! We will accept your exchange as soon as we are back, after April 24. Rest assured that we accept yours!

I ordered close to April 14 but I haven't received any tracking number. -No worries! Your order has been processed. We will add your tracking number as soon as we are back (APRIL 24). Also, don't forget to check your spam and junk inbox! Our e-mail with your tracking number, as well as, tracking details may be there! Make sure you are looking for our email in the correct email you used to make the purchase and make sure your e-mail isn't full. You can add our e-mail care@oliviasophie.com to your contacts.

 

It's already April 24 - Our staff will be back on April 24 and we will answer all e-mails by order, 9am-5pm. It may take 4 business days to answer all e-mails due to high demand.
