Return and Refund Policy
We aim to provide the best shopping experience for each of our customers!
The returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive the merchandise.
To return your merchandise, please email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning your merchandise.
When we receive the information we need to process your return, we will take up to 1 week to process your return. We know it can be a total bummer! We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. We'll do as smoothly as possible!
You're responsible for ALL return shipping costs and shipping costs are non-refundable (if you paid for expedited shipping, the shipping cost is not refundable. The cost for returning your package is not refundable.)
It's imperative sending your package back with a tracked number to designated warehouse by our team so that we can track this all the way up to arrival within our warehouse. We are not responsible from packages lost, undelivered or returned back.
Conditions for return acceptance:
- The item(s) is in perfect unworn condition and in its original packaging.
- The products have not been used.
- No perfume odor.
Refund will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions for reimbursement. If you choose an exchange instead, the new item will be shipped once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions above.
- We are not responsible for any packages returned or not returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undelivered, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address.
